Consulting hosted a multi-day leadership gathering at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, the event transformed the resort into an immersive environment for learning, collaboration, and connection. Over the course of three dynamic days, attendees moved seamlessly between strategic sessions, interactive team-building experiences—including playful scavenger hunts—and thoughtfully curated programming designed to inspire both creativity and leadership.
Evenings brought a vibrant shift in atmosphere, including a Hawaiian-inspired celebration complete with live entertainment, fire dancers, and immersive performances set beneath the Florida night sky. The final day offered a memorable closing moment as attendees’ families were welcomed to join the experience for a joyful character breakfast featuring beloved Disney characters, bringing together work, family, and celebration in a way that made the event feel even more meaningful.
